Role : 

We are looking for experienced Product Designer at Analog, with deep empathy for our customers and a passion for human-centric design. And because we’re an AI company, we especially value people who understand how AI works—and how it can be used in thoughtful, human-first ways. Experience with super apps is also a big plus & know how to design systems that scale across complex services and still feel simple, seamless, and natural.  

• Turn Ideas into Reality: Take broad, conceptual ideas and transform them into useful and valuable designs for our products.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with Product, Research, Engineering, and other teams from concept to completion.
• Lead and Inspire: Drive planning, strategy, and vision on key priorities across cross-functional teams. 
• Design with Impact: Own the end-to-end design process, including user flows, interaction, and visual design across multiple projects.
• Present and Perfect: Present designs, prototypes, and concepts to stakeholders, ensuring top-notch quality.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest design trends, AI applications, and emerging product ecosystems to bring fresh ideas into our work. 

• Creative and Bold: You’re not afraid to push boundaries and think outside the box.
• Collaborative: Open communication and teamwork are second nature to you.
• AI-savvy: You’ve worked with AI tools or AI-driven products and know how to turn them into intuitive, human-friendly experiences.
• Experienced: You’ve got a portfolio showcasing your design thinking, hands-on expertise, and problem-solving skills.
• 3D Savvy: Experience in designing 3D experiences is a big plus.
• Super App Mindset: You understand the complexity of designing for ecosystems that bring multiple services together.

Preferred Superpowers 

• Designing for VR, AR, MR, and emerging technologies. 
• Prototyping 3D interactions. 
• Familiarity with novel user inputs like hand or eye tracking.
• Applying AI to product design in practical, user-centric ways.
• Experience shaping design in large-scale or multi-service platforms (like super apps).
