Job description

  • Identifying of projects’ requirements of materials and services
  • Formulate procurement strategies that align with project timeline, budgets, and quality standards
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements
  • Sourcing and evaluating suppliers & subcontractors
  • Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs
  • Negotiate favorable price and terms
  • Ensure timely processing of POs
  • Monitor procurement costs and identify cost saving opportunities
  • Monitor and track delivery to ensure timely arrival of materials
  • Maintain accurate procurement records
  • Conduct supplier evaluation based on Data Analysis
  • Manage accounts payables
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate procurement reports to procurement manager 

Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction company (preferred to have experience in Waterproofing & Flooring)
  • Ability to communicate professionally in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in BA, Civil Engineering, or Supply Chain.
  • Strong knowledge in procurement processes, contracts management & supply chain
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Professional certificates are preferred like PMP, CPPM, CIPS
  • Familiar in using ERP
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
