We are seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Executive to manage procurement activities for interior fit-out projects. The role involves sourcing materials and subcontractors, evaluating quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring timely procurement and delivery aligned with project schedules. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of fit-out materials, supplier coordination, and procurement documentation, with the ability to support project teams in achieving cost-effective and timely project execution.
Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to determine procurement requirements
Source and obtain quotations from approved suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare and analyze technical and commercial comparisons of quotations
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
Prepare purchase orders (LPOs) and subcontract documents in accordance with company procedures
Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to ensure accurate material specifications and timely procurement
Monitor and track material deliveries to ensure alignment with project timelines
Maintain and update supplier database and procurement records
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
Support cost control initiatives by identifying competitive suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements
Prepare procurement reports and update tracking systems regularly
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, Supply Chain, or related field
3–5 years of procurement experience in interior fit-out or construction projects in the UAE
Experience working with interior fit-out contractors is highly preferred
Good knowledge of interior fit-out materials such as joinery, gypsum, glass, flooring, metal, finishes, and MEP-related items
Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQs
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Familiarity with procurement documentation including RFQs, comparative statements, and LPOs
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement tracking systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
