The position of PRO (Public Relations Officer) involves managing and overseeing administrative processes and governmental documentation for the organisation. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting the company's operational needs in Dubai.

Description
Handle all governmental documentation, including visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.Act as the primary liaison between the company and government offices in Dubai.Manage trade licence renewals and company registrations.Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documents for government submissions.Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes and advise the business accordingly.Support the HR team with employee-related governmental processes.Maintain accurate records and files for all official documentation.


Profile

A successful PRO should have:
Proven experience in governmental and administrative processes within Dubai.Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and visa procedures.Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with government entities.Familiarity with the FMCG industry is advantageous.
