Reporting into the Head of Pre-Construction you will be adding value and input across a range of work. The Group handles Build Projects from 100-400 Million AED across a range of sectors.
The Dubai Operation forms part of a larger group turning over £1 Billion in UK & Europe.
In your role as the
Technical & Engineering Manager handling pre-construction you will drive all manner of activities from bid submission, value engineering, ensuring the design is fit for purpose.
You can help on planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling the outputs of the engineering to provide technical support to the bid team.
Can you think of an innovative solution that supports the design and program to fit the clients needs. Have you built projects in the UAE so understand the sequencing, design and aspects that pull together on site. You have the mistakes and lessons learnt to help this Main Contractor.
