Summary:
As a Pool Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of pool plants to ensure the cleanliness and safety of swimming pools in compliance with regulations.
Job Responsibility:
- Operate and maintain pool plant equipment such as pumps, filters, chlorinators, and chemical feed systems.
- Monitor and adjust chemical levels in the pool water to ensure proper disinfection and pH balance.
- Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment and facilities to identify and address any issues promptly.
- Keep accurate records of water quality, chemical usage, and maintenance activities.
- Respond to and resolve any customer complaints or concerns related to pool water quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards at all times.
- Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Pool Plant Operator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of pool plant equipment operation and maintenance.
- Understanding of water chemistry and treatment methods.
- Certification in pool operation or water treatment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
