Key Responsibilities - Project Planning & Scheduling — Develop detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project, covering design, procurement, approvals, site works, and handover phases.
- Fit‑Out Coordination — Coordinate with designers, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all activities align with the project timeline.
- Progress Monitoring — Track daily/weekly progress, identify delays, and propose recovery plans to keep the project on schedule.
- Technical Review — Review drawings, material submittals, and shop drawings to ensure compatibility with the project plan and sequencing.
- Authority Approvals — Coordinate timelines for approvals with Dubai authorities (Dubai Municipality, DCD, DEWA, etc.).
- Resource Planning — Forecast manpower, materials, and equipment needs to ensure smooth workflow.
- Risk Management — Identify potential risks and bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Reporting — Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and look‑ahead schedules for management and clients.
- Quality & Safety Alignment — Ensure planned activities comply with quality standards and HSE requirements.
- Handover Coordination — Plan testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in interior fit‑out planning (Dubai/GCC experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning tools.
- Strong understanding of interior fit‑out materials, methods, and sequencing.
- Knowledge of UAE building codes and authority approval processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple fast‑track projects.
Preferred Experience - Experience with commercial, hospitality, retail, or high‑end residential fit‑out projects.
- Familiarity with LEED or sustainability requirements.
- Experience working with major Dubai developers or consultants.
