About the job PLANNER

We are seeking an experienced Planner to support planning and scheduling activities for an ADNOC Offshore project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning for offshore oil & gas projects, including FEED, EPC, construction, and commissioning phases, ensuring effective schedule control and timely project delivery.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules for FEED, EPC, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Prepare Level 3/4 schedules using Primavera P6 in line with project requirements.
  • Track project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams for schedule updates and alignment.
  • Perform critical path analysis and highlight key milestones and risks.
  • Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
  • Support resource planning and manpower histograms.
  • Monitor productivity and provide input for performance analysis.
  • Evaluate contractor schedules and ensure compliance with project timelines.
  • Assist in change management, delay analysis, and recovery planning.
  • Ensure proper integration of all project phases into the master schedule.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • 8–12 years of experience in project planning for oil & gas projects.
  • Proven experience in offshore projects, preferably with ADNOC Offshore.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory; knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of FEED, EPC, construction, and commissioning workflows.
  • Experience in progress measurement, reporting, and schedule control.
  • Familiarity with ADNOC standards and project procedures is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
