Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pizza Maker to join our cloud kitchen team in Dubai. The ideal candidate can be experienced or a beginner for preparing pizza. We have a highly skilled trainee to teach and assist you in the process of making pizza.

Skills

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Prepare dough and pizza bases daily according to brand recipes.
  • Cook pizzas to perfection in the oven.
  • monitor food quality, portion control and presentation standard.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and food-safe workstation at all times.
  • Manage kitchen stock levels assist with inventory tracking and restocking.
  • Follow all health, safety and hygiene regulation per UAE food handling laws.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and supervisors.
  • Report equiment malfunctions or supply shortages to management promptly.
