Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Performance Manager - People & Culture to lead and enhance the performance management processes within Visioneers.
This role is pivotal in fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with the organization's values and business objectives.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance appraisal systems, employee development initiatives, and engagement programs that drive productivity and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective performance management frameworks and tools aligned with corporate goals.
Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to set clear performance expectations and measurable objectives.
Lead regular performance review cycles, ensuring timely feedback and development discussions.
Identify training and development needs based on performance data and employee feedback.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive organizational culture.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform talent and succession planning.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to improve performance and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and internal policies.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years of experience in performance management, talent development, or HR generalist roles.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and performance management tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Experience with HRIS and performance management software is a plus.
