ABOUT US
Who we are
Reneu Digital is a boutique performance marketing agency. We work with ambitious brands across e-commerce and service industries — fashion, beauty, food and beverage, wellness studios, gyms, salons, golf venues, and more.
We’re a lean, strategic team. We don’t do generic agency work — we care about creative that actually performs, brands that look the part, and results that matter. If you’re used to producing high volumes of templated content, this probably isn’t the right fit. If you love making ads that stop the scroll and drive real outcomes, read on.
THE ROLE
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be producing performance creative for paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok — working closely with our Paid Ads Lead who will brief you with competitor research, hooks, pain points, and audience context.
This is not a brand design role. It’s a performance creative role. You’ll need to understand what makes an ad stop the scroll, how to lead with a hook visually, and why a UGC-style frame often outperforms a polished graphic. You’ll be doing both.
– Designing static ads, carousels, and story/reel formats for Meta campaigns
– Producing UGC-style and native-feeling creatives alongside more polished brand assets
– Working to structured creative briefs including hook angles, competitor references, and CTAs
– Refreshing ad creative on a regular cycle (approx. every 14 days for active e-commerce accounts)
– Adapting assets across different formats and placements (feed, stories, reels, TikTok)
– Occasionally supporting with organic social creative where needed

What we’re looking for

– Solid understanding of performance creative: hooks, scroll-stopping visuals, CTA placement
– Comfortable working across both polished brand ads and more native, UGC-style content
– Fast turnaround — we move quickly and expect the same
– Able to take a structured brief and execute without needing heavy direction
– Reliable, professional, and easy to communicate with
Nice to have:
– Experience with e-commerce brands in fashion, beauty, or food
– Experience designing for service-based businesses (studios, gyms, membership models)
– TikTok ad creative in your portfolio
– Motion graphics or basic video editing capability
– Familiarity with Meta ad text guidelines and creative best practices
CREATIVE STANDARDS
What good looks like here
We’re not looking for generic agency output. The brands we work with are visually strong and commercially serious. Your work should feel like it belongs on a premium feed — and still convert.
The best creative we produce tends to feel native, hooks fast, and communicates clearly. Whether that’s a clean product shot with punchy copy or a raw UGC-style video, it should always feel intentional.
We’ll brief you well. We’ll give you competitor references, hook angles, audience context, and a clear objective. In return, we expect creative that reflects that brief and pushes it.
You'll no longer be considered for this role and your application will be removed from the employer's inbox.
