About the job People Partner (HRBP)

Role Purpose:


The People Partner Associate (HRBP) plays a key role in supporting our client's people and organizational agenda, partnering closely with leadership to enable business growth, strengthen culture, and build a high-performing, structured organization. This role combines hands-on HR ownership (employee lifecycle, recruitment, and operations) with supporting strategic people initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development. The role contributes to shaping a performance-led, engaged, and resilient organization, aligned with our client's values of excellence, innovation, and accountability.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to understand business needs and support the implementation of people strategies that enable growth, strengthen culture, and drive a high-performance environment.


Talent & Performance Management: Support and coordinate the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and follow-through. Guide managers on feedback, performance, and team effectiveness while supporting performance improvement where needed.


Employee Relations & day to day operations: Act as a key point of contact for employees, managing day-to-day HR matters and supporting employee relations in line with UAE labor law.


Engagement & Culture: Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives, including check ins, employee surveys, and well-being initiatives. Translate engagement insights into action plans that strengthen culture and reinforce our client's values.


Organizational Development: Support organizational structure, role clarity, and workforce planning. Contribute to identifying capability gaps and supporting talent development and succession discussions.


Compensation & Benefits: Support compensation and benefits processes in coordination with Finance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company policies and market practices.


Talent Acquisition & Employer branding: Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and selection through to onboarding. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies while maintaining an active talent pipeline. Build & drive the company's employer branding initiatives across universities, professional networks, and external platforms to strengthen the company's presence and attract top talent.


HR Operations & Compliance: Own day-to-day HR operations including employee documentation, contracts, and records. Ensure HR processes are accurate, consistent, and compliant with UAE labor law and company standards.


Change Management: Support the rollout of key organizational and people initiatives, ensuring clear communication, coordination, and follow-through to drive adoption and consistency across the business.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, with proven expertise in both HR Business Partnering and end-to-end HR roles.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using HR data and metrics to guide decision making.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through.
