We are looking for experienced Partnership Manager, who is focused, practical and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. The ideal candidates will have the ability to use their initiative and expertise to identify commercial opportunities and maximize revenue generation across multi-media platforms.

As one of the leaders in the influencer and social content space, Vamps social platform connects brands with influential content creators who are passionate about their products to provide authentic, lifestyle-based product placement in social media.


As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for targeting, engaging and converting new customers. You will work closely with the sales team to drive new business, qualify leads and generate opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute client campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing requests and providing regular updates.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet campaign objectives and maintain seamless workflow.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Identify and pursue organic sales opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue.
  • Support recruitment and retention of talent on Vamp’s platform in line with campaign needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign activity, financials, and client communications.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that fosters long-term client and talent relationships.
  • Utilize company tools (e.g., Vamp platform, Pipedrive, Slack) to manage projects and communication.
  • Occasionally attend events or meetings outside regular business hours.

RequirementsQualifications & Experience:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in data recording, interpretation, and analysis.
  • High attention to detail and quality focus.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt.
  • Previous experience in campaign or project coordination with client management exposure.
  • Background in media, communications, digital/social media, event management, or related fields.
