Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Paramedic with a valid DCAS License or DCAS Eligibility to join a leading emergency medical services provider in Dubai.
The successful candidate will provide advanced pre-hospital emergency medical care, assess and stabilize critically ill or injured patients, administer life-saving interventions, and ensure safe transport to healthcare facilities while adhering to DCAS clinical protocols and international standards.
Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency ambulance calls.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and provide advanced pre-hospital emergency care.
Administer Advanced Life Support (ALS) interventions within the scope of DCAS protocols.
Perform advanced airway management, cardiac monitoring, defibrillation, IV/IO access, medication administration, and trauma management.
Stabilize critically ill or injured patients prior to and during transport.
Continuously monitor patients' vital signs and clinical status throughout transportation.
Communicate effectively with emergency physicians, hospitals, dispatch centers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate patient care reports and clinical documentation.
Ensure ambulances, medical equipment, and emergency supplies are maintained and ready for service.
Participate in disaster response, mass casualty incidents, and community emergency preparedness programs.
Adhere to DCAS regulations, infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and organizational policies.
Work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and on-call schedules as required.

Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
PHTLS, ITLS, PALS, or ATLS provider certifications are preferred.
Strong knowledge of emergency medical protocols, trauma care, and critical care management.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
Ability to remain calm and perform effectively in high-pressure emergency situations.
Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage, depending on employer requirements.
