Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary.
  2. Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.
  3. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
  4. Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary touch-ups.
  5. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  6. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  7. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations.
  8. Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on each project.
  9. Stay updated on the latest painting techniques and trends.
  10. Assist in training junior painters and apprentices.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a painter in residential or commercial settings.
