A leading organization within the critical infrastructure and industrial operations domain is seeking an OT Lead Analyst to strengthen its cybersecurity capabilities. The role acts as the primary liaison between sector teams and security operations, ensuring effective communication, risk awareness, and coordinated response across operational environments.
• Serve as the sector’s subject‑matter expert, supporting activities such as incident response, threat analysis, and cybersecurity reviews.
• Coordinate aligned security efforts between operational teams and security operations, ensuring smooth investigation and communication workflows.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of sector needs, risks, and regulatory expectations.
• Maintain awareness of global and sector‑specific cybersecurity risks, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct assessments to verify adherence to cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives and foster cross‑functional collaboration to strengthen the organization’s security posture.
• Professional cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, GIAC) and strong understanding of OT environments, industrial networks, and security frameworks.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in large‑scale OT environments with a focus on information security, and 5+ years in cyber security, including work across sectors such as healthcare, critical infrastructure, transportation, finance, or utilities.
• Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management, program coordination, and communication across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Strong background in cybersecurity assessments, incident analysis, governance activities, and sector‑specific risk identification.
• Ability to work independently in fast‑paced environments with strong analytical, documentation, and decision‑making skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, regulatory standards, and secure operational processes relevant to industrial and critical infrastructure sectors.
