Position: Operations & Logistics Executive
Location: Al Sajaa, Sharjah, UAE
Industry: White Wood, Plywood & Construction Materials Trading
Salary: 2500AED - 3000AED

Role Overview

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational, coordination, and basic accounting activities for a growing trading business in the UAE.


This role requires strong coordination with customers, site teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of orders, timely deliveries, and efficient financial tracking.


Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Coordination
  • Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements and pricing.


  • Follow up with clients to convert quotations into confirmed orders.


  • Coordinate with site engineers for delivery schedules as per site requirements.


  • Manage transportation logistics, including arranging tempos and tracking delivery expenses.


Customer & Payment Follow-ups
  • Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.


  • Send email reminders and maintain regular communication regarding payment updates.


Accounts & Documentation
  • Update bank statements and maintain records in the system.


  • Manage petty cash records manually and digitally.


  • Ensure timely invoice submission and proper documentation filing.


  • Monitor system updates, scans, and emails to ensure task completion.


Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Handle procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers.


  • Prepare cheques and ensure timely payments to vendors.


Required Skills
  • Strong communication and coordination skills


  • Basic knowledge of accounts, invoicing, and petty cash handling


  • Ability to manage operations, logistics, and documentation simultaneously


  • Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication


  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills


Language Requirement
  • Fluency in English (Mandatory)


  • Hindi / Urdu (Preferred)


Eligibility Criteria
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations / coordination / accounts


  • Candidates currently in the UAE or immediate joiners preferred


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced trading and logistics environment
