The Operations Coordinator is responsible for preparing and processing Bills of Lading (B/L), managing shipping documentation, and supporting daily logistics operations.     • Maintain proper documentation records and filing systems.

    • Liaise with customers, agents, and banks regarding documentation and shipment status.
    • Provide updates on document dispatch and cargo movement.
