Deliver in-depth product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations on network cabling test tools, datacentre testing equipment, network infrastructure diagnostics.
Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support: answer customer queries, assist with specification matching, help interpret test results, recommend actions and solutions.
Assist in equipment setup, commissioning and calibration (where applicable) of network/datatcentre test and measurement tools.
Monitor and evaluate technology-trends in network test equipment, datacentre infrastructure and cable/network testing methodologies, and provide feedback to internal teams.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements, tailor solutions, and contribute to the development of proposals and quotations.
Conduct on-site visits, customer workshops, seminars and webinars to educate clients on best-practice network test methodologies, datacentre infrastructure integrity, and emerging technologies.
Represent the company and its product portfolio at trade shows, technical exhibitions and industry events as a subject matter expert.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, channel partners and key customers; provide training and support for distributors to enhance their technical competency.
Maintain accurate records of customer engagements, demonstrations, training sessions, and feedback.
Provide regular status updates to management on technical sales pipeline, customer feedback, market developments and competitive intelligence.
Work in coordination with product management, marketing and service teams to ensure seamless handover from sales to customer success / installation teams.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a closely related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in network cable testing, datacentre infrastructure, network test tools, or related fields.
Strong understanding of network cabling systems, datacentre environment, network test equipment. Familiarity with tools such as Fluke Networks or equivalent is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audience.
Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (customer visits, trade shows, etc).
Self-motivated, results-oriented, with ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, report writing, and customer documentation.
