  • تحليل مؤشرات أداء الشبكة وتحديد فرص التحسين.
  • تخطيط التغطية واختيار الترددات والإعدادات المثلى للمحطات.
  • دراسة الطاقة الاستيعابية وتقديم توصيات التوسعة.
  • اقتراح إنشاء أو إزالة محطات بناءً على تحليل الأداء والتغطية.
  • إجراء المسوحات الميدانية وتحليل المواقع.
  • استخدام أدوات تحليل التغطية لتحسين جودة الخدمة.
  • المشاركة في تخطيط وتنفيذ مشاريع تطوير الشبكة ومتابعة مراحل التنفيذ.
  • تحليل الأداء خلال الفعاليات ووضع خطط تحسين التغطية.
  • دراسة ترقية الشبكات والتقنيات الجديدة بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية.
  • تحليل الأعطال المتكررة ووضع حلول تحسين طويلة المدى.
  • التنسيق مع الجهات التنظيمية بخصوص الترددات والتصاريح.
  • إعداد الدراسات الفنية والتقارير ورفع التوصيات للإدارة.
  • متابعة أداء المحطات ميدانياً ومن خلال الأنظمة وتحليل النتائج.
  • الإنتهاء من الخدمة الوطنية
  • أن يكون من مواطني دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة
  • حاصل على شهادة البكالوريوس في هندسة الاتصالات أو ما يعادلها.
  • خريج جديد أو خبرة لا تتجاوز سنتين في نفس المجال.
  • معرفة بأساسية بتخطيط الشبكات والاتصالات
  • معرفة او خبرة في شبكات TETRA  أو  LTE/5G
  • القدرة على استخدام أدوات تحليل التغطية والشبكات.
