Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of Data Center construction projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
• Review engineering drawings, technical submittals, and construction documentation.
• Manage site activities and resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Prepare progress reports, project updates, and technical documentation.
• Support procurement, material management, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, reliability, and project excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Data Center Construction or Critical Infrastructure experience is mandatory.
• 5–15+ years of relevant experience depending on the position.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Data Centers, Mission-Critical Facilities, Industrial, Infrastructure, or Large Commercial Construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycle management.
• Experience working with international standards and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management and engineering tools relevant to the role.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, OSHA, NEBOSH, Autodesk BIM, or equivalent are advantageous.
