We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations for construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage MEP planning, execution, coordination, and project delivery while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards.
This role is suitable for professionals with strong experience in construction and MEP project management.
Plan, manage, and supervise all MEP works on-site.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards.
Conduct inspections and quality checks.
Resolve technical issues during project execution.
Lead MEP engineers and site teams.
Coordinate with civil and structural departments.
Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.
Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
Monitor expenses and control project costs.
Review contractor invoices and payment approvals.
Ensure adherence to safety policies.
Maintain documentation and compliance records.
Implement quality control procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in MEP project management.
Experience in UAE construction projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent project planning and coordination ability.
Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.
Strong communication skills in English.
PMP certification (preferred).
Experience in high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
