Job Summary:
New Trust Nutritional Supplements Company LLC is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Female Medical Promoter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively promoting our range of nutritional supplements within various medical and retail environments, including clinics, hospitals, and malls across Dubai. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of nutritional science (preferred medical background), and the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and the general public.
Key Responsibilities:
* Product Promotion: Actively promote and educate healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, dietitians) and consumers about the features, benefits, and proper usage of New Trust nutritional supplements.
* Clinic & Hospital Visits: Conduct regular visits to clinics and hospitals to establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, providing them with product information, samples, and promotional materials.
* Mall Activations: Participate in promotional events and activations within malls, engaging directly with potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, and driving sales.
* Educational Presentations: Deliver informative presentations and workshops to healthcare professionals and consumer groups on the importance of nutritional supplementation and the efficacy of our products.
* Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from healthcare professionals and consumers regarding product effectiveness, market trends, and competitor activities, reporting insights to management.
* Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, pharmacists, and retail staff.
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports on promotional activities, market feedback, and achieved targets.
* Compliance: Ensure all promotional activities adhere to company policies and relevant regulatory guidelines in the UAE.
Qualifications:
* Gender: Female (as specified by the user)
* Education: Bachelor's degree in a medical field (e.g., Pharmacy, Nutrition, Dietetics, Nursing, Biology) is highly preferred. Other science-related degrees or relevant experience will be considered.
* Experience: Proven experience in medical promotion, pharmaceutical sales, or health product promotion is an advantage. Fresh graduates with a strong medical background and a passion for promotion are also encouraged to apply.
* Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
* Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex product information in an understandable manner.
* Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Customer Focused: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine interest in helping others improve their health.
* Mobility: Must be willing to travel frequently within Dubai to various clinics, hospitals, and mall locations.
* UAE Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
