The Mechanical Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating mechanical works on fitout projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Execution:

Material & Resource Management:

Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during mechanical installation.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 yrs of experience in mechanical works, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within the fitout industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
