We are constantly growing and are currently seeking Mechanical Estimator to join our highly qualified and knowledgeable Estimation Team at our Dubai office.

What you will need to do:


• Study & review Invitation to Tender (ITT), technical specifications, scope of work, P&IDs, plot plans, layouts, and project drawings.
• Identify mechanical and piping scope boundaries, exclusions, and risks within the tender documents.
• Prepare tender clarifications and technical queries where required.


• Verify quantities against engineering drawings, isometrics, and specifications.


• Develop detailed cost estimates for mechanical and piping installation including:


  • Equipment installation
  • Piping fabrication and erection
  • Valves and specialty items
  • Structural and pipe supports
  • Hydrotesting, flushing, and mechanical completion activities

• Prepare labour productivity calculations, manpower requirements, and equipment resources.
• Develop unit rates, cost build-ups, and construction cost models based on historical data and project requirements.


• Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination


• Maintain estimation databases, productivity norms, and cost benchmarks.
• Capture lessons learned and historical project data to improve future estimates.


What you will need to have:


• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment installation and piping fabrication/erection.
• Experience in cost estimation, quantity take-off, and BOQ preparation.


• Strong ability to read and interpret:


  • Equipment List
  • P&IDs
  • Piping Isometrics
  • GA Drawings
  • Equipment Layouts

• Proficiency in: Microsoft Excel (advanced) & Estimation tools and cost databases
