Our client, a leader in the oil and gas industry, is seeking skilled professionals to join their team as Material Workflow Specialists (MWS) with an Electrical focus in the vibrant city of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a valued member of our client's team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of material operations in support of major projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinating with engineering depts, vendors and subcontractors to ensure the seamless integration of electrical systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with project safety standards.
  • Liase with site team during the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
  • Performing quality control checks and system validations to ensure the functionality and safety of electrical installations.
  • Direct and supervise the activities of vendors/contractors to ensure projects progress on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
  • Provide technical advice and resolve problems to ensure that standards for quality, reliability, and safety are met.

  • Years of experience - 7 to 10 years.
  • Basic knowledge in P&ID diagrams and piping.
  • Experience in onshore Oil and Gas projects(green and brown field).
  • Experience in power generation projects/substation projects.
  • Experience in GTG/GEG packages, medium voltage and low voltage switchgears, transformers, and AC/DC UPS systems.
  • Experience in ICSS and weak current systems.
  • Experience in Engineering coordination and vendor management.
  • Experience in site construction and commissioning activities.
  • Experience in site inspection activities and completions.
  • Readiness to be relocated to Project office/site (as required).
