Key Responsibilities Events & Partnerships Support
Reporting Structure: Directly assist and report to the Senior Events and Partnerships Managers based in the UAE and Saudi Arabia to execute regional growth strategies.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of regional industry events and career fairs to drive brand visibility.
Partnership Management: Help maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support business objectives across multiple markets.
Collateral Management: Coordinate the delivery of marketing materials for on-site events to ensure consistent brand representation.
Full Content Ownership: Manage and execute high-quality Arabic translations across all Marketing content, including digital campaigns, social media, and offline collateral.
Website Communications: Own the localization of all website communications to ensure a seamless experience for Arabic-speaking professionals and employers.
Marketing Nuance: Apply a deep understanding of marketing title tags and content structure to ensure translated versions are as engaging and effective as the original.
Keyword Integrity: Maintain the importance of key words within translations to ensure organic search visibility is preserved across the platform.
Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure SEO-friendly translations are embedded across all new features.
Brand Voice: Ensure the Bayt.com mission of helping people advance their careers is communicated authentically in Arabic.
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing, event support, or professional translation.
Linguistic Mastery: Native-level fluency in Arabic and English, with the ability to translate complex marketing concepts effectively.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a data-driven mindset.
