We are looking for a Manager - People Partnering to join our team and be part of our growth. If you’re a people person who is hungry for a new adventure, a multinational workplace is waiting for you.


  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional and market Grocery & Retail leadership teams on organizational design, talent strategy, workforce effectiveness, culture, and leadership capability.


  • Translate business strategy into actionable people priorities across all eight markets.


  • Drive alignment between regional business objectives and local HR execution.


  • Lead regional talent reviews and succession planning processes to enable effective internal mobility and succession planning.


  • Provide data driven recommendations on organizational health, retention, engagement, and capability gaps.


  • Evolve Employee Experience by facilitating processes and developing new programs.


  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or violations. 


  • Manage and control Manpower Plans & Budgets and support the hiring process. Support business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees.


  •  Nurture a positive working environment and interactive communication through proper channels. 


  • Maintain and monitor HR Systems, Data, and procedures. 


  • Implement and manage performance appraisal cycles to drive high performance.


  • Maintain Reward plans and benefits programs in alignment with the Rewards Centre of Excellence.


  • Manage reporting and analytics for better decision making in alignment with the Centre Of Excellence. 



What did we order?


  • Bachelor’s Degree within HR / Employment Relations (CIPD Qualification or Coaching background is a plus).


  • Minimum of  7 years’ experience within HR Business Partnering. 


  • Demonstrated experience managing and influencing stakeholders within complex matrix organizations across multiple markets.


  • Demonstrated ability operating in ambiguous environments with the ability to provide structure, clarity, and direction.


  • Ideally with exposure to the following industries:


    • Retail / E-commerce


    • Logistics / fulfillment (operations heavy environments)


    • Fast growth organizations


  • Ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships through collaboration, trust, and a growth oriented mindset.


  • Ability to maintain confidentiality. 


  • Strong Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
