Job Description

Our client is seeking a Manager, Partner Enablement to support the Business Development leadership team in improving processes, driving growth initiatives, and delivering insights that enhance partner engagement, team efficiency, and revenue performance.


This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and analytics, requiring a commercially minded individual who can identify opportunities, optimize processes, and drive measurable business impact.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable initiatives to enhance partner engagement, streamline operations, and improve service delivery standards.
  • Identify and prioritize operational bottlenecks within the Business Development function and coordinate cross-functional actions to resolve them.
  • Support leadership in managing performance cadence by delivering insights on KPIs, service quality, and partner growth metrics.
  • Manage day-to-day operational support for the Business Development team, including reporting, analysis, and preparation of leadership presentations.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of regional and global partner initiatives, ensuring alignment on timelines, milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with global teams to validate opportunities and align partner needs with internal capabilities.
  • Analyze data using tools such as Power BI to identify trends, measure ROI, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor partner lifecycle performance to identify risks, underperformance, and growth opportunities.
  • Support the development and optimization of partner performance dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Oversee and optimize automated partner lifecycle communications in collaboration with marketing teams.
Qualifications
  • Commercially driven mindset with experience in a brokerage or financial services environment (preferred).
  • Experience using CRM systems in a commercial context (e.g., Salesforce, Creatio, or similar).
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Amplitude, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different levels.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and demonstrate business impact.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and solution implementation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a highly matrixed organization.
  • Proactive and ownership-driven approach, with the ability to independently drive initiatives forward.
