Dubai Media is seeking a Manager – Culture & Talent to play a key role in shaping and enhancing the employee experience across the organization. This role is responsible for driving initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and talent development, while ensuring alignment with Dubai Media’s strategic objectives.


The Manager will partner closely with leadership and HR functions to design and implement programs that foster a positive, high-performing work environment. This includes leading employee engagement initiatives, supporting talent development and retention strategies, and contributing to organizational development and change management efforts.


The role also acts as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on culture-related matters, helping to build strong relationships, enhance employee satisfaction, and promote a cohesive and values-driven workplace.


  • Be a UAE National (Emirati)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on employee engagement, culture, and/or talent development
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Experience in supporting change management initiatives and driving organizational development programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR policies is preferred
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
