The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials and services for our upscale residential projects.
This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a thorough understanding of procurement best practices within the real estate development sector.
Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals and company objectives.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor identification, qualification, tendering, negotiation, and contract management.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to forecast procurement needs and project timelines.
Evaluate supplier performance, conduct risk assessments, and implement measures to mitigate procurement risks.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement lifecycle.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and supply chain optimization.
