  • Improve the quality, consistency, and accuracy of process documentation
  • Support time‑sensitive and compliance‑critical tasks to ensure business continuity
  • Enable full‑time team members to focus on analytical, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifikationen

Your Tasks:


  • Support process documentation and standardization, including SOPs and trackers
  • Assist with data consolidation, KPI tracking, and basic reporting
  • Provide administrative and documentation support for reman operations
  • Support inbound claims handling and coordination with logistics providers
  • Assist with cross‑charging, cost tracking, and reconciliations
  • Support documentation and coordination for scrapping and compliance activities
  • Coordinate gate pass tracking and logistics‑related documentation
  • Support monthly packing material orders and replenishment coordination
  • Monitor and maintain records and compliance documentation
