The Client:


A reputable and well-established group that caters to the Automotive, Machinery & Consumer Electronics industries. A huge distributor of genuine Batteries, Tires, Lubricants, and other Machinery products internationally is looking to hire a Sales Executive (Batteries).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare invoice packing list and delivery advice against import and export documents for Air, Land, and Sea shipments, and get shipping rates from different suppliers upon request.
  • Clear the Shipment Material and L/C and coordinate with shipping agents with import & export shipment clearance.
  • Process customs declaration (BOE/Local Goods Pass) e-mirsal2, DM Approval required documents for shipments and act as one single point of contact for all logistics activity and information needed by sales and Warehouse teams
  • Coordinate with the shippers on import shipments and arrange collection with documentation and shipment delivery to our warehouse
  • Monitor any changes to customs or legal regulations and provide guidance to the business for ensuring minimal impact to the supply chain. 
  • Handle correct paperwork for imports/exports and coordinate warehouse activities (daily management/stock counts).
  • Scan of all relevant new documents and maintain hard copy information. 
  • Ensure all documents are up to date within electronic filing and store and maintain company documents in both electronic and physical form.
  • Develop and maintain departmental files, documents, and confidential information and maintain employee personnel files according to company policies and ethics.

Key Requirements:


  • Knowledge in the automotive industry. 
  • Experience and knowledge in tyres kinds and models.
  • Expertise in both office and field warehouse operations.
