Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Customer Service Representative to support international trade operations and ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Place purchase orders with international suppliers (mainly China, India, and other overseas markets).
  • Follow up on shipments and coordinate delivery timelines.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and shipping markings.
  • Send Proforma Invoices (PFI) to customers.
  • Communicate with customers on shipment progress, delivery schedules, and order updates.
  • Handle and resolve shipment-related issues, delays, or documentation discrepancies.
  • Coordinate Letter of Credit (LC) issuance and related documentation with banks, suppliers, and customers.
  • Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and update order details in the ERP system.


Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international trade, logistics, or customer service.
  • Good understanding of shipping documentation, Incoterms, cargo insurance, and Letter of Credit processes.
  • Experience using ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
