Job Brief:We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Customer Service Representative to support international trade operations and ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
Job Responsibilities:- Place purchase orders with international suppliers (mainly China, India, and other overseas markets).
- Follow up on shipments and coordinate delivery timelines.
- Prepare and review shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and shipping markings.
- Send Proforma Invoices (PFI) to customers.
- Communicate with customers on shipment progress, delivery schedules, and order updates.
- Handle and resolve shipment-related issues, delays, or documentation discrepancies.
- Coordinate Letter of Credit (LC) issuance and related documentation with banks, suppliers, and customers.
- Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records and update order details in the ERP system.
Job Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in international trade, logistics, or customer service.
- Good understanding of shipping documentation, Incoterms, cargo insurance, and Letter of Credit processes.
- Experience using ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
