Summary:


Royal International Construction is looking for an experienced Lifting Supervisor to oversee and coordinate lifting operations on construction sites while ensuring full compliance with safety standards and approved lifting plans


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise lifting operations including crane activities and heavy equipment lifting.


  • Ensure all lifting tasks are executed according to approved lifting plans and method statements.


  • Verify load weights, lifting points, and equipment suitability before lifting operations.


  • Coordinate lifting schedules with project teams and site engineers.


  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and local safety regulations.


  • Conduct pre-lift briefings and toolbox talks with operators, riggers, and signalers.


  • Monitor lifting equipment certification, inspection, and operational readiness.


  • Maintain records of lifting operations, inspections, and safety documentation.


Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

Requirements


  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in construction lifting operations.


  • Experience in heavy lifting and critical lift operations is highly preferred.


  • Technical certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or related field is an advantage.


  • Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, crane load charts, and lifting calculations.


  • Good understanding of HSE standards and construction safety regulations.


  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
