The Licensing Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the seamless and timely processing of license renewals. This role involves meticulously reviewing and verifying necessary documents, accurately inputting information into the CRM system, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The Licensing Specialist is responsible for maintaining efficient application processing timelines, rigorously following up on all renewal applications, and coordinating effectively.

Main responsibilities

  • Submitting applications for licenses, establishment card renewals and including necessary amendments
  • Ensure the accuracy of renewal applications by thoroughly reviewing all details
  • Monitoring and updating the CRM with utmost accuracy and attention to detail
  • Identifying errors and promptly informing the relevant Renewal CROs and Consultants for corrective actions
  • Tracking the status of license renewals and updating the relevant employees
  • Collaborate effectively with finance, sales, and operations departments to facilitate the renewal process as needed
  • Assist the renewals team to ensure efficient and effective process execution, contributing to overall team performance
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management

Requirements
  • Full English proficiency is required
  • Additional spoken languages are a plus
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms is advantageous
  • Proficiency in basic accounting principles and moderate mathematical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural team
Experience

Demonstrated experience with data processing and CRM systems is necessary

Industry knowledge relating to licensing, amendments, cancellations, and immigration processes are advantageous but not mandatory
