Job Summary:
TFA is a football academy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented legal intern to support our
legal and administrative operations. The selected candidate will assist in reviewing, drafting, and
managing legal documents, including but not limited to contracts, memoranda of understanding
(MOU), and other relevant legal paperwork connected to the academy's activities. This role operates
in a hybrid format, requiring both remote and on-site presence as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents such as contracts and MOUs
- Ensure compliance of documents with applicable laws and internal guidelines
- Maintain accurate and organized legal records and files
- Collaborate with internal departments to collect necessary information for legal drafts
- Attend relevant meetings and prepare legal notes when required
- Provide administrative and legal research support to the legal and HR departments
Work Conditions:
- This is a hybrid role combining both online and in-person tasks depending on requirements
- Workdays are from Monday to Saturday Monday to Friday (1PM TO 6PM), Saturday (8am to 12PM)
- We will request your availability in advance to coordinate a schedule that works for both you and
the academy, within reasonable conditions and limits
Qualifications:
Currently studying or recently graduated in Law or a related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document preparation
- Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn
