Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leasing Manager to lead the leasing operations for our commercial and retail portfolio in Dubai. This role involves developing and executing leasing strategies, managing tenant relations, negotiating lease agreements, and driving occupancy rates. The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in commercial and retail leasing within the UAE.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective tenants and build strong pipelines through networking, broker relationships, and market outreach.
  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process including tenant sourcing, property tours, lease negotiations, and handovers.
  • Develop and implement leasing plans to maximize occupancy and rental income for commercial and retail properties.
  • Monitor local market trends, rental rates, and competitor properties to inform pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to higher management.

Skills

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in leasing commercial and/or retail spaces in the UAE market, preferably in large malls.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws and leasing practices.
  • Dynamic sales representative with a proactive approach
  • Arabic speakers are preferred
