Job Summary:

Our client is seeking for an Lead technician who will act as the technical authority for all workshop and field maintenance activities, ensuring high-quality execution, safety compliance, and adherence to client standards.



Key Responsibilities:
    • Take full responsibility for technical quality and safety of all maintenance and repair work
    • Review and approve repair methods, procedures, and work instructions
    • Plan, assign, and supervise jobs, manpower, and resources
    • Lead and guide technicians, ensuring proper execution of tasks
    • Act as the main point of contact with client representatives 
    • Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, QA/QC standards, and client specifications
    • Monitor job progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions
    • Verify and approve completed jobs before submission to client
    • Support audits, inspections, and technical reporting
    • Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities

Requirements:
    • 8–12+ years of experience in industrial maintenance (oil & gas preferred)
    • Strong technical background in mechanical / electrical / rotating equipment
    • Proven experience in supervision and team leadership
    • Familiarity with ADNOC standards, QA/QC procedures, and HSE regulations
    • Strong communication and decision-making skills
    • Ability to manage both workshop and field operations
