Job description

Job Title: JUNIOR PROJECT ADMIN - REAL ESTATE

Job Type: Full-Time


One Broker Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Real Estate Project Administrator to join our growing team. If you are organized, a fast learner, and eager to thrive in a dynamic real estate environment, we encourage you to apply!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and review documentation for the booking process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate and follow up with clients, agents, and internal departments regarding missing files or requirements.
  • Manage and organise Reservation/Booking forms and SPA drafts.
  • Handle email coordination with clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain and update project sheets and documentation to ensure efficient project tracking.
  • Utilise CRM software (Salesforce preferred) for project management and client data tracking.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate administration, with basic accounting knowledge (customer care and after-sales follow-ups are a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE and RAK real estate areas and developers’ projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, etc.) for effective reporting and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Understanding of RERA rules and regulations (Trakheesi) and basic AML compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new challenges, and able to work on exclusive projects.
  • Positive attitude and go-getter mindset.
