Role: IT Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal teams and customers via phone, email, or on-site.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems.
- Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets.
- Assist in maintaining company networks, servers, and security protocols.
- Support e-commerce systems and ensure smooth operation of online sales platforms.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement new systems and updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support or related role (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
- Familiar with printers, scanners, routers, and other peripherals.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with online retail platforms and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices.
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified are a plus.
