Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Provide first-level technical support to office and site staff for IT-related issues (hardware/software/network).
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, VPNs, and other network systems.
Manage user accounts, emails, file sharing, and access permissions (e.g., Microsoft 365, domain systems).
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose faults, and resolve issues promptly.
Perform regular data backups, antivirus updates, and basic cybersecurity practices.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT services, software licenses, and system upgrades.
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure timely servicing or replacement of equipment.
Assist in setting up new user systems and conducting basic IT orientation/training for staff.
Support software used by technical/design teams (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, project management tools).
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–4 years of IT support experience (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with cloud services, backup solutions, antivirus, and firewalls.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of ERP systems or interior fit-out software tools is an advantage.
