IoT / Hardware Intern – FreshNow


Duration: 3–6 months (Internship)


Conversion: Full-time opportunity for top performers


Location: Al Qusais


What you’ll work on


  • Build smart IoT trays using weight sensors to track bottle inventory
  • Work with microcontrollers (ESP32 / Arduino / Raspberry Pi)
  • Integrate hardware data with mobile app & backend
  • Test and deploy devices in live grocery store environments
  • Troubleshoot real-world hardware, power, and connectivity issues

Skills we’re looking for


  • Basic electronics & sensors (load cells, wiring, power)
  • Microcontroller programming (C / C++ / Python)
  • Interest in IoT, hardware, and real-world problem solving
  • Willingness to work hands-on (lab + field)

Good to have (not mandatory)


  • IoT protocols (HTTP / MQTT)
  • WiFi / networking basics
  • Simple backend or dashboard exposure
