Job Description

AT-PAC is looking for proactive personality to strengthen the Supply Chain team in Middle East. The main task of the Scaffolding Inventory & Supply Coordinator or Specialist will be to enable the global supply of our customers' needs by strategic and operative stock management. The coordination and optimization of internal material flows from our suppliers to the Region, as well as within countries will be an essential part of that role.


Your tasks will include:


  • Coordination of material flows from suppliers to the Region Middle East
  • Implementation of logistics standard processes for scaffolding in the region
  • Replenishment and inventory management of the future Scaffolding HUB
  • Coordination with Scaffolding Product Management to optimize material utilization
  • Supporting the demand planning process of scaffolding material
  • Ensure overstock material exchange with other Area’s to guarantee optimized material utilization
  • Analysis and evaluation of the supply chain processes with regards to potential improvements
  • Definition and implementation of system requirements within Doka’s supply chain planning tool (Rapid Response)
  • Interface management within the supply chain and internal stakeholders (Corporate offices, Area Teams, Countries,)
  • Development and implementation of KPI dashboards to ensure a transparent reporting process

Qualifications
  • completed high school education with a focus on supply chain management/logistics (further educational degrees are welcome)
  • min. 5 years relevant work experience in supply chain management, logistics or operations in Middle East
  • excellent communication skills and intercultural awareness
  • eager to learn, proactive and open minded personality with a hands on attitude
  • very good command of English
  • IT affinity in terms of process- and data-modelling
  • team player with high Service Orientation
  • mobility and willingness to travel (10-20%)
