We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage material stock, support warehouse coordination, and ensure accurate documentation of inventory for our building materials division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate stock records for all incoming and outgoing building materials


  • Update and manage daily stock register manually and/or through software (Excel or ERP)


  • Coordinate with the purchase and sales teams for dispatch and delivery tracking


  • Conduct physical verification of inventory and report discrepancies


  • Label and store materials properly, ensuring easy identification and access


  • Handle inventory reports and assist in monthly/quarterly audits


  • Follow up with suppliers or vendors for delivery timelines


  • Assist the accounts team in material reconciliation as needed



Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field


  • 0–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or store keeping roles


  • Basic understanding of building materials and construction-related items is a plus


  • Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is an advantage


  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills


  • Ability to work independently and handle physical stock checks


  • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
