WSP is seeking an Intern to support business development activities within our P&B team. In this role, you will assist in understanding RFPs, preparing basic documentation, and supporting the development of proposals and client materials. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional consultancy environment.



Responsibilities:
  • Assist in reviewing Request for Proposals (RFPs) to identify key requirements.
  • Support the preparation of Go/No-Go (GNG) documents.
  • Help gather and compile bid content from different teams.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and client-facing materials.
  • Support the team with day-to-day business development activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support proposal submissions.

Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in business development and client engagement.
