We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join Procore’s Sales team in MENA. In this role, you’ll work directly alongside a Strategic Account Executive to drive progression and expansion across high-value strategic accounts in Saudi Arabia.
You will operate as part of a strategic account team, partnering closely with a Strategic Account Executive and the partner ecosystem to run and progress deals, coordinate stakeholders, and identify expansion opportunities across complex, multi-stakeholder engagements. This role combines commercial ownership with strong execution, ensuring opportunities move forward and translate into measurable revenue.
This position reports to the Country Manager, MENA and will be based in our Dubai office.
Partner closely with the Strategic Account Executive to progress active opportunities and drive consistent forward momentum across strategic accounts
Act as a central point of coordination across partners, internal teams, and client stakeholders to ensure execution of agreed next steps
Drive deal progression by tracking actions, coordinating inputs, and ensuring timely movement through procurement, legal, and decision-making processes
Identify and execute expansion opportunities across subsidiaries, departments, contractors, and additional product use cases within strategic accounts
Work closely with partners and internal teams to align on account strategy and accelerate deal progression
Build and manage relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, supporting executive engagement and alignment
Prepare and manage follow-ups, meeting recaps, and action tracking to ensure accountability across all parties
Coordinate RFPs, proposals, and partner inputs across complex deal cycles
Support account development by identifying new stakeholders, use cases, and growth opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns and events that support strategic account growth
Participate in client presentations, onsite meetings, and strategic discussions
Develop strong knowledge of Procore’s platform, business model, and ecosystem
Travel up to 25% to client sites in Saudi and industry events.
3–7 years of experience in sales, consulting, project coordination, or customer-facing roles within enterprise or complex environments
Experience contributing to or supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles or structured client engagements
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across different seniority levels
Commercial awareness and ability to identify and act on expansion opportunities within accounts
Experience working with CRM and opportunity management systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Fluency in English and Arabic
Ability to work in the UAE with frequent travel to KSA
This is not a traditional inside sales role. You will work directly on some of the most strategic and high-profile construction programs in the region, partnering closely with senior sales leadership and engaging with a broad ecosystem of stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes.
