The Marketing Telesales Executive is responsible for following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and activities.
The role focuses on engaging with potential customers, partners, and internal sales teams to qualify opportunities, nurture prospects, and track pipeline generation from those events.
The candidate will ensure timely communication with leads, coordinate with marketing and sales teams, and maintain accurate records within our CRM system to maximize the conversion of marketing-generated leads into sales opportunities.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing events, campaigns, and partner initiatives.
• Contact prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels to qualify opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal sales teams and partners to progress qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
• Maintain and update lead status, activities, and interactions in the CRM system, as well reporting to vendor needs on status of those leads.
• Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure timely and professional engagement with partners, end users, and internal stakeholders.
• Attend occasional Marketing events across emerging market.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to qualify leads and effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Basic experience with CRM systems and lead management processes is preferred.
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
University graduate, Technology major is a plus.
Preferably, 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or marketing support roles.
