What You Will Do


As an Industrial Refrigeration Design Engineer, your expertise will be central to the design, optimization, and execution of industrial refrigeration systems, particularly focusing on ammonia refrigeration systems and Freon pump technologies. You will ensure each project aligns with client specifications and internal standards, encompassing pre-sale and post-sale activities. Your responsibilities include:


  • Collaborating with sales teams to assess client requirements, conduct technical evaluations, and provide expert guidance during pre-sales phases.


  • Developing detailed system designs, including heat load calculations, equipment selection, and engineering documentation necessary for project execution.


  • Preparing comprehensive proposals, cost analyses, process flow diagrams, and CAD-assisted layouts to present optimized solutions to clients.


  • Leading project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and contractual obligations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.


  • Supervising and guiding CAD engineers and subcontractors to ensure seamless system design and installation processes.


  • Providing technical support during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting phases to guarantee operational excellence.


  • Supporting aftermarket services by advising on system upgrades, retrofits, and optimization strategies for existing refrigeration systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD software such as AutoCAD, and other engineering tools for design and documentation.


  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.


  • Excellent communication skills, capable of interfacing professionally with clients and internal teams.


  • Deep understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements relevant to refrigeration systems.
