We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Industrial Automation Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the UAE market. This role involves identifying client requirements, promoting our automation solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and manage new and existing business opportunities in the industrial automation sector.


  • Promote automation products such as PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, relays, and control panels.


  • Conduct client visits across the UAE and provide technical consultation tailored to customer requirements.


  • Prepare and submit technical-commercial proposals and quotations in coordination with internal teams.


  • Provide product presentations, demos, and support during the pre-sales and post-sales cycle.


  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.


  • Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.


  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and report sales forecasts to the management.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in sales of industrial automation products (preferably in the UAE).
  • Strong knowledge of automation systems such as PLC, SCADA, HMI, Soft Starters, and Drives.
  • Familiarity with top automation brands (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Omron, Rockwell).
  • Proficient in preparing technical quotations and reading technical drawings/specifications.
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel across the Emirates.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.​
